(1) Who's responsibility is it to ensure adequate power and/or water is available at the intended site for the rental equipment?
The "renter" (a.k.a. the Lessee) is responsible for ensuring adequate utilities (i.e., power/water) exists. If the party location is such that sufficient power is unavailable, regardless of reason, the Lessee is "prohibited from utilizing a generator not provided by the Lessor". Although claims may be made by the Lessee as to the condition and sound function of the generator, Bounce With Me is unable to determine definitively such claim in short time. Therefore, as a matter of policy, no generator is permitted for use with any inflatable unless one supplied by Bounce With Me. This is stated in the contract when signed by the Lessee or prior to renting the equipment at which time the Lessee understands and agrees without reservation. This policy is necessary to avoid damage and curtail liability.

(2) Do you deliver? Is there a deliver charge for equipment?
Yes. Bounce With Me will deliver and pickup all equipment being rented. A $10 delivery charge only applies for rentals between $65 - $75 and if the location of delivery is to Dededo, Yigo, Yona or farther south. We do not charge for deliveries to central villages/locations. If your rental cost is $76 or greater, no delivery charge will be assessed regardless of location. It should be noted that we do not not deliver for orders less than $65; however, you may still place orders which will need to picked up and drop off at our location "by appointment only". In this case, a security deposit will be charged and is subject to a 100% refund after all equipment have been returned, no damages found and based on the time equipment were scheduled to be returned.

(3) Are there any geographical concerns I should be aware of to ensure appropriate and safe use of the equipment? Also, are the inflatables and/or canopies secured to the ground?
Yes. A fairly level ground is required to safely establish inflatables and canopies in place. For inflatables, the terrain should also be free of jagged, sharp, and large rocks protruding. It is the responsibility of the Lessee to ensure that the terrain is free from any obstructions (i.e, things sticking out of the ground) that may otherwise damage the inflatable. Remember that the weight of the inflatable range between 175lbs to as much as 800lbs not considering added weight by those sliding/jumping. The total pressure weight can damage the equipment if the terrain is rough. Inflatables/Canopies are secured to the ground either by means of staking or heavy weights depending on the terrain. Note that local law prohibits staking to the ground for certain public venues owned/operated by the Government of Guam (i.e., Matapang, Ypao, Ipag Public Beach etc.).

(4) How near does the inflatable (i.e., Jumper/Slide) need to be to the power source?
It is "highly" recommended that the inflatable (i.e., bouncer/slide) be situated no greater than 50ft. away from the power source.
Note: If your party situation is such that you absolutely cannot position the inflatable equal to or less than 50ft., please give us a call and advise us. We'll try to work something out!
(5) How near does the inflatable need to be to the water hose?
The inflatable should be position with the least possible distance between the source of water and the equipment. The inflatable will still operate as long as the hose can reach the inflatable; however, it is recommended to be as close as feasibly possible.

(6) Will I/we be liable for any damages to the equipment?
Yes. You will need to sign a rental contract that stipulates in part that you understand and agree to be responsible for any damages incurred while the equipment is under your rental possession. A Bounce With Me representative at the time & date of delivery will allow you the opportunity to "inspect" the rental equipment and make written annotations to the contract. You are highly encouraged to conduct a complete and thorough inspection for all equipment being rented. You will be given ample time to conduct inspections or inspections will be conducted by your "designated representatives" identified on the contract. You will not be held liable for any damages that were previously annotated on the contract at the time of delivery. The contract contains pictures of the equipment for annotation. The contract provides a projected damage cost between $50 - $325, possibly greater, depending on the severity and complexity of the damage(s) (i.e., hole in the netting, tear along the seams, gash in the material etc.). The cost involves labor, materials and miscellaneous cost, including but not limited to fees imposed by our Collections Agency, with the repair and restoration of equipment to operating condition.

(7) Who is responsible for any and all injuries (including death) that may result during the rental period or any extensions thereof?
You (the Lessee) will need to sign a rental agreement contract in part that stipulates the Lessee will be responsible for any/all injuries of those under their care and while the equipment is under rental possession by the Lessee (the Renter). Bounce With Me or its' owners "will not" be liable for any injuries/death as a result of the Lessee renting the equipment. By signing the Rental Agreement Contract, you agree without reservations to these terms.

(8) How far in advance will you deliver the equipment prior to my party event?
The Rental Agreement Contract stipulates anywhere between 30 minutes to 4 hours prior to the official party time stated on the contract. The variance in time depends on the company's workload in having to deliver equipment to other customers and requires this flexibility.

(9) I want to reserve the equipment for a particular date. How does this work?
Bounce With Me requires a 50% deposit of the total cost for all equipment being rented. Payment must be made no later than two-days after your order has been reserved on the company's calendar. You may loose the reservation if partial or full payment has not been made within the two-day grace period. Please keep in mind other potential customers are being denied rental while the equipment is on hold even when no payment has been rendered. This is why the two-day grace period is strictly enforced.

(10) How do refunds and cancellations work? How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds and cancellations are determined based on three (3) scenarios. (Scenario #1) Weather: The Rental Agreement Contract that you have signed stipulates in part that the Lessor (Bounce With Me) will make the determination if weather is severe enough to warrant a legitimate cancellation "due to weather" and for purposes of determining refunds. "Rain" in and of itself, does not justify cancellation "due to weather". Guam is located in the tropics rain showers are frequent all-year-around. Should a determination be warranted due to inclement weather (i.e., sustained winds greater than 40mph), the Lessor (Bounce With Me), will provide a 50% refund. If the determination is such that inclement weather appears to be temporary and not sustained but the Lessee still wishes to cancel, the cancellation will be treated as a default to the contract and a refund will not be provided (service is considered rendered and falls into Scenario #2). (Scenario #2) Not Due to Weather & "after" service has been rendered: If a rental is being cancelled after service has been rendered and not due to weather, no refund is processed. Note that "service" begins from 6am of the same day of your party regardless if equipment has been delivered since effort has been made to prepare for your delivery (Example: workers have already begun packing & securing equipment for transport etc.). (Scenario #3) Not Due to Weather & "before" service has been rendered: If the Lessee notifies 'Bounce With Me' no less than 24hrs prior to the scheduled time of the party event, the situation will be treated as a, "cancellation", and a fee of $50.00 will be assessed per nomenclature. The "cancellation fee" is a business recoup fee for potential orders we had declined based on your agreement to rent. Refunds will be processed anywhere from 1 to 3 business days from the date of rental.

(11) Are there safety rules and regulations governing the rental equipment?
Absolutely! The rental agreement contract contains safety instructions in which the Lessee signs having understood safety measures. Also, each product being rented has a safety sign/instructions that "ALL" users of the equipment must adhere too. It should be noted that "weight limitations" are specified on the Rental Agreement signed by the Lessee. The weight limit specified on the contract may reflect differently from the weight capacity posted on the inflatable. The Lessee is responsible for ensuring that their guest or associates are made aware of this as required in the contract signed. Special emphasis includes staying clear from the powerful blowers that inflate the slide/jumper to avoid electrical shock. Read any/all instructions. Reference the Safety link (left side of the web page) to download the safety instructions.

(12) Are the blowers covered/protected from water/rain?
Yes. Each blower will have a table positioned over the blower for protection/shelter against rain. The tables placed to protect the blowers should not be removed by anyone but Bounce With Me representatives. The blower(s) will also be elevated from the ground to protect against potential running water.

(20) Would I be able to make adjustments or changes to the extension cord configuration 'Bounce With Me' has made during setup of the equipment?
No. Party equipment that was setup by 'Bounce With Me' which includes all wiring and electrical circuitry should not be changed, re-configured or otherwise tampered in any way. Each of the various equipment require specific power requirements and making changes may damage the equipment. If you need to make changes to the way extension cords or outlets were routed and/or used by 'Bounce With Me' during the initial setup, please give us a call (777-2502/727-2501). We will make the necessary changes/adjustments.

(22) Is there a charge for overnight rentals? Also, are there any charges for last minute orders? What's considered last minute for purposes of cost?
Yes, there is a $15 one-time charge for overnight rentals. Overnight rentals apply to all equipment with the exception of inflatables. We do not provide overnight rentals for inflatables. There is a $20 late rental fee imposed on any orders made on the same day. All efforts will be made to deliver equipment prior to your party start time; however, due to the last minute circumstance and considering orders already placed by other customers, orders may be delivered late. Please give us a call and we'll work something out.

(23) Is the Lessee required to make available utilities (i.e., power/water) upon take down of the equipment?
Yes. Section F of the Party Rental Terms and Agreement stipulates that the Lessee agrees to allow the Lessor access to utilities in order to complete dismantling, take down, removal and repackaging of equipment.
